Ok, this story I have to tell. Because I want to compliment the restaurant for their level of service more places in Malaysia should cultivate.
We haven't gone back to Courtyard since the time they last renovated/closed dunno for what. So this week we decided to try our luck and it was open!
But when I opened the menu, I couldn't find my favouritest bestest tastiest Chilli Padi Pasta!!!
So I asked the waiter that was taking our order whether the chef can do a chilli padi pasta for me 'cos I was really looking forward to eating it.
The waiter recommended Alla Puttanesca which is similar to the chilli padi pasta but when I read the description of it, I requested for them to add bacon.
The waiter then went into the kitchen to ask the above for me and he came back just informing me that they are able to add bacon to the Alla Puttanesca but didn't let me know whether they can cook a plate of chilli padi pasta for me instead (which I assumed not since he didn't mention anything about it).
When my penne Alla Puttanesca arrived, I took 3 spoons and sent it back to the kitchen to pack. I didn't like the taste of olives+green/red peppers mixed in it.
Suddenly the chef emerged, asking wot's up with the dish. I explained the whole situation and he went back in to change it to the chilli padi pasta for me at no extra charge!
Although the dish doesn't taste quite like the previous menu's chilli padi pasta but I was pleased with the way the chef handled this situation.
I would not frequent them as much these days as they do not have my favouritest pasta but I would still go back to them because it is a place with a great level of service.
Their tapas are pretty yummy too so go try them out!!
Photos continued:
It's times like these that you feel super grateful for your closest friends that help you without hesitation *tears of emo-ness wtf*
Went dress hunting with Pui Fong. Pui Fong tried on almost 20 dresses I'm not joking. I have photos as proof!
She wouldn't allow me to post the photos here so e-mail me if you wanna see them! *nyet nyet nyet*
Although it states on my temporary IC that I can collect the MyKad within 10 days, on the 10th day when we called, they asked us to call back 7 days later.
In short, we collected it after 20 days. How efficient is my country should I raise the Malaysian flag outside my lawn? *_*
That's it wabbit! Happy weekend schmeeple!!
