CNY 2009

Wah! Super exciting-nyer the title of my post. See also don't feel like reading rite? Needless to say, I see also I dun even feel like typing already.

Before CNY, Pheng and I decided to put our haircut plan into action. So she got a brand new hairstyle and I... I got my fringe thinned wtf.

**Pheng with her new bob

I met up with Josie after to sit down and plan my wedding list. Like seriously, I didn't know there were so many things to remember.

**Josie diligently writing down everything in her notebook

Thank you Josie for your time I hope we make it through and seriously someone needs to control themother ok remember ok jot it down ok thank you.

**Josie & Me

And then on the night whereby every family had a reunion dinner, I had fried instant noodle with Jeek instead. At Red Box, The Curve.

**Jeek pretending to eat my fried instant noodle which was yummy btw but damn big-lah the portion cannot finish

**Jeek singing with M2M

**And then she sang to Britney's "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman" *koff*

**Me & Jeek

*Me & Jeek posing at the back and yes Jeek I was aware that you were posing ok!!

Came CNY. It was Kelly the benggali's turn to accompany me instead.

**Kelly & Me at lunch.

Not many restaurants were open so we ended up at this fake kopitiam. Everything tasted fake. And by fake I mean tasteless. Tasteless that you might as well just drink tap water & eat ice.

After lunch I went home to crystallize my ice-cream phone with the Swarovski crystals I bought from Hong Kong. And the end result........

**Ooooooohhh.....

**Aaaaaahhhh....

**Wahlaueh! I can't stop staring at it lorr!!!

At nite, Kelly brought me to some Thai restaurant at Taman Desa which was super dodgy because there were 2 men from China sitting at the next table staring at us the whole time.

Seriously staring like when you look their way they continue to stare. Like even if you throw rocks at them they will continue to stare kind.

Anyhow, we felt awkward so we decided to go somewhere else for a drink.

And on the way to our usual Starbucks, Kelly suggested A&W. And I really had a craving for waffles and that is why I am going to the gym tonite.

After waffles we went to Starbucks anyways 'cos seriously where else is there to go in KL?

**Kelly & Me

**Kelly being healthy with her cup of Earl Grey tea

**Me being healthy too (I think) with my iced shaken tea

So this concludes my journey of CNY. Damn fun. Sekian, thank you.

You know your period is coming when...

1) ... your skinny jeans doesn't fit all of a sudden.

Starting from the calves.

2) ... you wake the person you are about to marry up at 2am to let him in on your concern that the bridal gown you chose was too kua cheong.

Then call him a liar after he consoles you.

And start crying while watching Samantha Who.

3) ... the whole world seems to be against you.

Even your dog. Just 'cos he pissed at your tyres.

4) ... you feel annoyed that the waitress at Ah Yat Restaurant doesn't understand your request for garlic in cantonese 'cos she only converses in mandarin.

And how your pronunciation of garlic in mandarin isn't even correct and all of a sudden the waitress understands what you were requesting for in the first place.

After looking at you like a retard just 'cos your mandarin sucks.

5) ... you feel like punching the waitress at Ah Yat Restaurant when she starts cleaning plates/bowls around you before you can finish your last piece of meat.

6) ... your tummy gets all bloated.

Eventhough your tummy has been bloated for the rest of the 26 days of each month.

7) ... you feel much braver to use the excuse in No. 6 above.

8) ... a pimple appears all of a sudden on the surface of your face that has not had pimples since 1985.

9)... you start singing "Gong Xi Gong Xi Gong Xi Ni ah! Gong Xi Gong Xi Gong Xi Ni!" when you're home alone.

And then start wondering why TF you're even singing to that tune.

Then sulk over it.

10) ... you read all of the above and get all emo because you really are emo like that.

Seriously?!

I took a photo of this when I was stuck in traffic yesterday.

What is "Direction"?

Did they mean the choreographer of the dance scenes (and I assume there would be) or "Directors"?

Seriously?

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

I'm hooked on the Gem of Life and trust me for a series that is over 80 episodes, I have been diligently catching up to the most recent episode each day.

I am this persistent & determined. I never knew that I was.

Seriously.

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

I can't wait to go home. Not because I'm excited about the long weekend for CNY.

I just hate being stuck in traffic.

With everyone not letting you thru', I sometimes wish I had rocks to throw at their windscreens.

Seriously.

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

Yesterday, I told someone I worry about being pregnant in future due to the horror stories and complications that I've heard.

That someone told me she's worried too. Of being fat.

Seriously?

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

Joel Yap said over the radio the other day that this year would be a good year for the chinese sign - dogs.

I really hope that it's true 'cos up until now, I've been having rough weeks.

Bits stressful, bits feeling lazy, bits wanting to kill certain ppl and bits just living with it.

I'm hoping by this year he meant at the start of CNY.

He better not mess with that one bit of hope I have.

Seriously!

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

What is that myth/superstition/belief that we all have to get a haircut before CNY?

To cut away all bad luck.. or to let new hair grow which represents new luck? What is the deal with it?

Nevertheless, I made a haircut appointment for tomorrow.

Because I am kiasu like that.

Seriously.

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._

Is this why all of you read my blog? Because you guys appreciate the effort of me jotting down random thoughts?

Thank you then.

Seriously. Happy Chinese New Year to all my kawan-kawan cina.

Luna Bar, Nails, Nilai

Wah I've been so busy stressing over stuff that others would normally not stress over that I haven't had time to blog up until now.

The whole of last week Pheng and I have been planning to go out on Friday nite to pretend that we're still 18 and dig hot & happening places that we decided on Luna Bar.

Haven't been 'out there' in a while, we both dressed up and applied our fake lashes although mine was sorta uneven 'cos I cut it unevenly thanks to my shaky hands and lack of judgement in length.

**Say 'hi' to tranny Mei & tranny Pheng!!

We decided to have dinner first at Delicious at the Marc Service Residence.

I had the vietnamese chicken salad but didn't have Kelly the benggali to share it with me 'cos she went to Penang instead.

**Pheng only had Minestrone soup *koff*

Pui Fong picked us up from there to head over to Luna Bar together. And while waiting for Pui Fong to arrive, we somehow had time to take photos:

**Us at the lobby

**Pheng with a ranger guard seriously!

**KLCC view oh bangga-nyerr saya anak Malaysia

**Pheng with the pretty blue ceiling lights

Ok, here we are at Luna Bar. I skipped the part whereby we got lost at the car park walking up and down taking the lift up and down with annoying strangers and squashing into the lift with weird ringtone ppl.

**Pui Fong and Me

**'Maria' pouring us wine

**Pui Fong and Me again so this is how I look like when I'm pregnant

**Pheng and Malaysia's night scenery. Yes, camel on a building is Malaysia's night scenery.

**Bar area

**Me and Pheng

**Pool duh what else to say wtf

**Pool with moving light aijoh why are my captions this fun!

And then Ju arrived:

**Cheers! Gong Xi Fa Cai!! Ang pow na lai!!

More photos. Continued....

**Pheng & her super checked eye lashes

**Pheng & Ju

**Pheng & Ju with flash

**I have a KLCC crown!!

**Ju has Janice Dickinson lips!!

**Pheng has... erm.. has.... wine. wtf.

**Ju, Pui Fong, Me

And we left feeling proud of ourselves that we made it past midnite.

The next day, Ju and I went to get our nails done.
I brought her to JJ Nails Mont Kiara.

Ju tried out gel nails for the 1st time and she chose to do a french and her hands now look like a bride's:

I on the other hand, chose to be more colourful. Because I am so not 27 years old this year:

Our preeeetteh nailz:

*clap* *clap*

KitKeat finally came home on Saturday and I was upset at dinner........

.... 'cos all he got me from Hong Kong was the Bliss Sleeping Peel serum (photo downloaded off Google images 'cos I am lazy like that).....

.... which helps to reduce pore size and erm tightens the skin like botox in a bottle. The first nite I tried it my whole face felt like it was burning sorta but it felt good knowing I won't have saggy skin too soon.

Sunday nite I suggested to KitKeat that we make a road trip to Nilai for dinner. At that Loon Sing restaurant again 'cos I had a craving for the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall.

**Me stretching my feet for the long drive

**KitKeat bored of driving

**Signboard that you can't miss seriously

**And we're here!!!

**Me running out of the car 'cos I was this excited to come to Nilai and I dressed the part too!

**KitKeat with some baby fountain at the entrance

**Me walking on planks with my lala ankle sneakers

**Here's a clearer shot of my outfit at the entrance. Ok I know it's not THAT clear. I wore tights paired with shorts.

Am I this good at blending in with the crowd or am I this good?

P/s: Last nite I spent an hour removing my hair extensions. I got fed up using the scissors after a while so I just basically tugged at the rubberbands slowly and pulled them off.

Initially I was suppose to wait for KitKeat to come over to help me remove them but I surprise myself sometimes at how independent I can be *beams proudly*

Friday's on a Thursday!

TGIF!!!

I was at TGIF last nite with Pheng & bohtak - I'm not being mean ok? He's really bohtak ok! And not because I like giving ppl names *rolls eyes*

Yeah, so Pheng had to buy bohtak dinner for something that he did for her seriously you have to read her blog only you'd know 'cos this blog only talks about my life I am this selfish *folds arms*

So I decided to tag along for dinner as I do not have that many friends and got free meal don't go meh???!

Ok, seriously I didn't even know that Pheng was going to sponsor the whole dinner. But she did. So thank you Pheng for dinner.

If you guys have not seen bohtak before, you should check him out as Bachelor of the Year in Pheng's entry here. Fuweeeweet! Damn a lot of fansee lor!

**Bohtak & Me

**Pheng & bohtak possessed by a ghost

**Pheng & bohtak fighting with ghost to have his body back

**Pheng & real bohtak!

**Me & Pheng

**CHEERS!!

I had Orangeade and the other 2 had beer. Happy hour it seems.

Ju came to join us a little while later:

**Pheng & Ju

**Ju & Me

**The sisters!

Before dinner I was telling bohtak that I saw this salesgirl's name tag that read 'Sugar' in the Hong Kong Juicy Couture store. And he told me that Gaythri heard before the name 'Pillow' even.

So that's where my fake name 'Taurus' came into play and bohtak's Hongkie name is 'Dice'. And we were trying very hard to find a 'P' Hongkie name for Pheng.

The suggestions were:
By bohtak - peepee
By Ju - petpet
I suggested 'penis'.

And I went home still thinking about it seriously why am I so lame is it because I am too free these days to think about things that are of extremely less significance/importance?

Then I dunno why I came up with the name 'Protractor' wtf.

So Pheng, wot's it gonna be? Penis or Protractor?

_._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._.

When I got home last nite I was overly jealous of the couple pak toh-ing right in front of my face mocking me as though I was left home all alone when KitKeat had the luxury of flying to a place so cold that you have perfect clear skin!

KitKeat flew all the way to Hong Kong to queue up for a pair of sneakers and I just found out 3 hours ago that you have to draw for the lucky ticket only are you able to purchase that pair of sneakers wot kind of marketing strategy is this and wot kind of people actually fall for it!

Back to the couple, here they are:

**Cooky & Lala Bear

Since you can blame everything on genes, I am a sadist like that and it's pretty much hereditary I would say, I plopped Mamegoma near them - to spoil the date.

Do note that Lala Bear is still smiling over this the whole time. I should throw this bear out. Freaking optimist!

WONG SUE ANNE!!!!

*background cheer & the crowd goes mental*

Yep. Lemme tell you the connection here...

Pui Fong & I were in the same Uni for the 1st semester and that's where we met Sue Anne.

Kelly & Pui Fong used to work together in a bank and that's how I met Kelly.

Pheng & I used to work in the same company then along came Kelly. Followed by Sue Anne.

And that's how we ended up being one big family.

That ate in Chili's:

**Kelly, Pui Fong, Sue Anne

**Kelly, Pui Fong, Sue Anne once again plus ghost Pheng at the back

**Pheng, Me, Pui Fong, Sue Anne

Now... who said I only had 3 friends?

dabadidabadai

Seriously. I can't think of a stupid title for this blog post 'cos it's stupid. All I ever talk about is what happened during the weekend but I never ever blog about how I feel towards certain ppl.

Maybe it's 'cos they're not worth my time. Like I don't give a damn if a car were to run them down and a dog walks up to them and shits on them after.

For all those who really know me, you guys know who I am referring to. For those who don't, you seriously have GOT to know me so that I can tell you a tale about this strange woman who I wish I never knew. For those who don't care, read on 'cos the following blog entry is for you.

Last Friday Josie paid us a visit and what more can you do with Josie around rite.

Feels like old times. Oh wait, we still take funny pictures outside of this office so yeah, feels right I mean.

At nite, I had the patience to curl my hair:

**Hello! I'm a midget!

Resulting in us having dinner at 10pm. Thank God Alexis' last order is at 11pm. So here we are at Alexis at the Gardens:

**Me bored waiting for food. KitKeat said I look like Grace in this photo. Is there really a resemblance?

**Some random guy sitting at the table behind KitKeat kept telling his friends loudly "I am not champion ok! I am not champion!". Yes, I see your face also I know you not champion wtf.

After dinner we went to watch Ip Man:

**Cool movie. No other words to describe it. You have to watch it to understand what I mean. Seriously.

And then on Saturday nite, we decided to watch another movie - They Wait:

OOooooooooooo the movie was ok-lah. Although there were some scary scenes but I survived.

We still had time before the movie started so we went back to Alexis to have cake seriously we are this interesting.

**Me with some White Forest Cake and my all-time favourite Peach Soda

**KitKeat and his Moist Chocolate Cake which I swapped with him halfway through 'cos I could taste rum in mine and he ordered Peach Soda too 'cos he's a copykeat.

Last nite, I met up with Kelly the benggali, Pheng & Pui Fong for drinks at Blue Dragon, Cheras Business Centre - nah! We finally changed venue for once ok!

Since I always miss being young and college days, I decided to relive those days by sitting in Kelly's P Licensed car:

At Blue Dragon:

**Pheng & Pui Fong

**Kelly & Me

**Kelly, Me, Pheng

**Kelly, Pheng, Pui Fong

**Pui Fong, Me, Pheng

And tonight, we're meeting up with a special someone whom we have not gone out with in a loooonggggg time!!! *giggles* Stay tuned to find out who!

P/s: And I finally got this photo from Pheng. This was what she got me for Christmas. A weighing scale that can monitor your body fats + water retention or something. You should read her post about it here.

**Thank you Pheng! I really needed something to monitor my fats wtf. I haven't used it 'cos I'm keeping it for my new home *wink*

Thanks to Hong Kong I am broke until my dog can't recognise me. Seriously.

So here it is. The stuff that I got in Hong Kong. Not a lot but it really did kill me. I need approximately 150 years to recover wtf.

1) Devil & Angel Hello Kitty Lip Balms

I gave the black devil one to Grace 'cos I like white ok!

2) Hello Kitty DS Lite Cover

They had leather Hello Kitty ones but more expensive so a less fortunate person's gotta pay for a lesser price. Sigh.

3) Hello Kitty Bag

Ok, everyone pls don't roll your eyes. It's cute ok? The bag has arms & legs damn cute ok!

4) Hp/Camera/Cosmetics dan lain-lain Pouch

I got this for Pheng. Dunno why. Just looked like something she would own?

5) Tsumori Chisato Wallet

My first Tsumori purchase ever in my whole lifetime!! *sniff* Damn touched! All these years of visiting the Tsumori store in Hong Kong I finally own something from there! *wipes tears off cheeks*

6) Juicy Couture Slippers

I now have a pair of blue slippers ho ho ho.

7) Juicy Couture Rubberband

Ok, it's suppose to be a hair rubberband but I am too afraid to stretch it for fear that the charms would break so I'm officially using it as a bracelet/bangle/whatever you want to call it-lah aijoh.

8) Crystals

Erm, ok I've got a confession to make. I spent like approximately RM500 on these Swarovski crystals so that I may crystalise my new ice-cream phone! Will post up photos when I do get down to doing it.

I was seriously broke after this purchase. So I spent most of my nites in the hotel reading blogs and commenting on Pheng's blog instead how much more sad can my life be.

Why is everything freaking expensive in Hong Kong!!! *sniff*

9) Stitch Pouch

I use this to store my purchase of...

10) Benefit's dr. feelgood

Pheng: I finally got this! The lady said it will help with my oily t-zone. Just need to dab it on over make-up whenever my face turns oily. My problem not completely solved but I did manage to find this terror seriously amazing 2-way protective foundation powder from Anna Sui that works damn well for my skin!! Even the Christian Dior foundation that I got cannot beat this ok!

11) Bliss Wrinkle Twinkle Line-Filling Eye Cream

For the fine lines developing underneath my eyes. I cannot deny I'm aging. I just hope this works.

KitKeat and I decided to check out the Bliss counter 'cos the W hotel provided Bliss products and they have a super cool range of products lorr.

12) Disney Store

Last but not least, who could resist visiting the Disney store at the airport? Seriously, this is all I got from the Disney store. I held back. I didn't know I was this strong *takes a bow*

Ok bye!

Hong Kong (Part 2)

.... continued....

Warning: there are shit loads of photos coming your way as you scroll down and if you do not have the patience to wait for them to load or you are sick of just seeing KitKeat and me, now would be a good time to close this window thank you.

But pls-lah, give face a bit can?? I took the effort to transfer all of the photos this time 'cos I was bored last nite *nyet nyet nyet*

I actually went for a drink with Pheng at 10:30pm and reached home at 12:30am and still decided to transfer all of my photos *stands on stage to bow*

Brace yourselves...

Day 3

Good Morning!!!

**My Paul Frank socks

We woke up early as we were switching hotels to the W Hong Kong!!!

I haven't stayed at any W hotels before and heard from KitKeat that the hotel is waaaaaaaayyyyy cool! And it really was lorr!

**The floor of the elevator is a moving screen

**Their Christmas tree which is super duper cool seriously

**Check-in reception whereby their backdrop is a large flat screen of moving things which was rather calming while we waited in line

We stayed on the 36th floor and as we got out of the lift.....

**... a fake library!!

Whereby it had this really old telephone the kind where you have to turn the wheel to dial and as I was posing with the phone, someone actually answered and went "How may I assist you?".

I quickly hung up and gasped like the boy
(whatshisname) from Jungle Book, "the phone works!!!"

**Corridor leading to our room

**Our room door sign is so pretty!! The button is the doorbell.

**Ooooo mini waterfall & tv in bathtub

**Hidden mini bar

**Automatic lights just by one touch... ooooooo jazzeh!!!

There was a huge new shopping complex connected to the hotel called Elements soooooo many shops there ok but so expensive *sniff* and H&M was there too but I didn't find anything nice and KitKeat ended up buying socks from there instead wtf.

We decided to try the food at this restaurant called Full Moon:

**Me with my bowl of sharks fin *slurp* Not only do I have cockeye I have a crooked mouth too haihhh...

In the MTR station at Central, there was actually a Kuromi Christmas decor so had to take photo-lah wat!

We went back to the Hokkaido Rice Pizza place once again for tea 'cos KitKeat wanted to try this test tube drink:

**Peace flavoured tea if I remember correctly

For dinner we had sushi at Itamae-Sushi, Mongkok. Their sushi is absolutely yummy and we used to queue up for the branch at Causeway Bay and the numbers that we have to wait for until it was our turn were like crazy over 100 ok!!

But at this Mongkok branch we also had to wait but not as long. Our number was.....

The number at the counter was at.....

And we came across 'brave abalone':

**It reads: Abalone with GUTS hahahahahaha I dunno why but I found it farnee. No? Okaayyy...... moving on...

Day 4

We went to have lunch at another restaurant called Xi Yan Flavours. It's in the Elements shopping centre as well and you proli know why we chose to eat at Elements again. Yes, I'm lazy like that.

**KitKeat with his teh tarik ais Hong Kong version which is super sweet & tastes like real tea

**Sichuan noodles

**Haven't finish noodles can order prawn salad with pomelo haihhh

**I had some crab meat thingy on toasted bread. Which was seriously yummy!

KitKeat read somewhere in the hotel room that we get free shuttle to Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui and so we put our names down 'cos we're kiasu like that.

And the W Hong Kong's shuttle is not a bus ok!!! It's a freaking Audi Q7 damn cool you would wish you owned one like how you wish for your two front teeth wtf!

**Me flabbergasted by the sunroof

We arrived at Harbour City....

**And I just had to take a photo with this sheep just so 'cos it was sponsored by Ekin Cheng & Kelly Chen

**And visit the Juicy Couture store. I went to 3 Juicy Couture stores in Hong Kong and I ended up buying something from each store.

Why I'm seriously broke will be reflected in the next blog entry.

Ok, if you guys think that all I went to were shopping malls you're wrong! I walked out every once in a while too...

... to get back to the hotel-lah what else!

Day 5
Oh what surprise we had lunch at Xi Yan Flavours again only because we woke up late and I was damn hungry to travel 100km to reach a restaurant ok!!

**KitKeat with super grouchy fat man

Which reminds me of super sensitive grouchy someone I have decided that I am no longer friends with because I'm too ashamed to have friends like these.

Only because they're grouchy & sensitive ok! I am friends with all sizes!! Like how I am still friends with fei poh Kelly the benggali.

**Sorry, we were waiting for the food so nothing to do but take photos....

**Abalone

**Soft shell crab I love this dish lorr it was damn damn good like you can eat it for life kind of good!

For dinner we went back to Cafe Landmark at Central once again 'cos we're boring like that seriously.

**KitKeat with his crab salad

**And his abalone fried rice

I had nothing 'cos was on a diet.

Seriously. Me? Not eat? C'mon. I had Lobster pasta but was so hungry that I didn't bother to take a photo *_*

Day 6
Time to go home *sniff*

Our flight was at 9am so I freaking woke up at 5am ok! Earlier than going to work ok!!

We had dim sum at the airport.

**Kitty POWER!

**KitKeat was sad 'cos he had to go back to work

**I was ok 'cos I knew had a cheong k date with Ah Ru when I arrived in KL

Ah Ru was only back for a few days and on the day that I arrived in KL, she was going back at midnite so I spent the whole afternoon with her at Red Box:

**Passed her her early b'day presents

And then Steph came and we went for a drink at Coffee Bean:

Both of them headed to Pavilion for dinner and I went to find my sisters instead.

(Ah Ru: You better make sure you execute your coming home plan for April!!!)

**Me shocked at Pheng's nasi bojari

**Ju and me

**Me and Pheng

Phew! That's all of the photos from the trip. And if you've managed to read all the way 'til here, you're seriously great!

And to those who didn't and proli would not know about this, eat shit & die!! *evil face*

Next post ------> a few things I bought in Hong Kong so stay tuned folks! *waves*

Hong Kong (Part 1)

I'm still here everybodeh!! And I know this is like a damn delayed post but what can I say?

I admit I'm just plain lazy and ever since I've put on weight during the holidays, I'm the ultimate Garfield!

It took me so long to transfer the photos you are about to see from my camera & to resize them. And guess what? I didn't even transfer everything!! How much more lazy can a person be!

I decided to transfer the photos in parts so this post is about the 1st & 2nd days of my Hong Kong trip during New Year's eve.

Day 1

On New Year's eve, my company declared half day so super happy-lah 'cos I was actually thinking of applying for unpaid leave on that day as my flight was at 6:45pm.

So I had time to go home, have lunch, take a shower and even watch an episode of Grey's before heading to the airport.

I had to meet KitKeat at the airport 'cos he was somewhere else and couldn't make it back in time to go with me so theparents dropped me off instead.

And I kept telling themother to accompany me wait for KitKeat if we arrive first because I tend to be very self-conscious when alone and I am a wuss like that and themother said OK.

True enough we arrived earlier than KitKeat and guess what? themother asked me to get down and wait in the airport terminal 'cos she needed to rush off to Parkson to use her vouchers and she needed to go early as the traffic for New Year's eve was building up *_*

So I had to drag my huge @ss luggage and walk like a tortoise into the terminal to kill time and pretend to walk up to the departure screens to check which counter to check into Malaysia Airlines when the counter was right in front of my face when I walked into the terminal.

And then pretend to walk slowly to the designated counter when the best part was that my passport was with KitKeat wtf.

Fast forward: KitKeat arrived, checked-in, we flew business class 'cos Malaysia Airlines had a promo of Buy 1, Free 1 business class airfare so we got to utilise their lounge:

If you're wondering why my clothes are so baggy it's 'cos I was trying to dress like a Korean rapper but didn't have a cap to match plus the clothes hide my fats-lah ok??

The lounge was super empty:

I had the cakes & pastries corner all to myself:

**Muahahahaha ALL MINE!!!

They even had OSIM massage chairs in there!! Only KitKeat tried it out 'cos I spent quite some time in the toilet and everybody would know why no further explanation needed.

KitKeat forcing me to take a photo of him.....

Actually of his Supra sneakers.....

And just to show that my sneakers are way cooler in comparison:

We arrived at around 10pm plus and here we are on the airport train:

Since it was New Year's eve, there were road closures everywhere. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Causeway Bay and KitKeat said he planned leng leng already that we could sit the MTR and exit at this exit whereby when we walk out we would be standing at Holiday Inn's entrance.

But mana tau they freaking closed that particular exit so we had to exit at another place whereby we had to pull our luggage all around Times Square through the crowd to arrive at the hotel.

And I was sulking by the time we arrived because my hand hurt & KitKeat lied! *cries like a brat*

So erm I kinda missed out on the fireworks when it hit midnite 'cos I was turning my back against the window like a spoilt brat & kept making a big fuss that my little toe had a blister and that I was hungry and that we should've just gone to Kuala Terengganu instead wtf.

Thank God there was a sushi place right downstairs and they open 'til 4am ok!! Is Hong Kong this cool or wot!

Day 2
We saw this cool restaurant at Causeway Bay called Hokkaido Rice Pizza and decided to try it out 'cos they serve soft serve ice-cream as well oooooo yummy!

The rice pizza was so-so. It was just rice in the shape of a pizza and erm not really that fun after all but their milkshakes & soft serve ice-cream were super duper inifinity yummy!!

And here we are at the MTR station on the way to Central actually nothing to do there at Central 'cos all things are expensive but I really wanted to go check out the Bathing Ape store.

**Why TF do I look like the hunchback of Notre Dame here...

This was actually taken IN the Bathing Ape store 'cos of their camouflage glass behind me but sadly it can't be seen here.

We were about to take another shot but apparently photos were prohibited in that store so *sniff* no photos of BAPE merchandise/decor.

We had dinner at Cafe Landmark at Central.

**Christmas tree at The Landmark

**Some abstract statue that I found interesting.

Not much photos of me because someone was busy eating to help take shots of me....

**Super excited with his foie gras spaghetti

After dinner, we went for gelato at this restaurant called Cova. Their desserts are numbar ONE ah!!

**KitKeat had mango. And it really tastes like true mango which he quotes "like the mango your father always cut for me" but seriously even I who do not eat fruity flavours found that mango gelato extremely delicious!

**I had hazelnut flavour and I have cockeye wtf

But a bit pricey though. HKD34 per scoop wtf! And they have so many branches in Hong Kong and KitKeat found a branch at Paragon in Singapore too!! Whoopeedoo!!

On the way back to the hotel, we passed by these Christmas trees with glass ornaments. And since I am easily amused like that, I had to take a photo lorr:

Stay tuned for more... when I get the effort to transfer & resize more photos *_*

Happy New Year!

*blows whistle until out of breath*

It's 2009 everybodeh!!!! Wave your hands like you just don't care! High high up there in the air!! Wheeeeeeeeee!

I have no resolutions this year as they're just a waste of time.

I have no reflections of 2008 because why dwell in the past.

I have a lot to look forward to in 2009 and hopefully it'd be a great year ahead for all of us (something we always wish for but in the end it just turns out all crappy and shit and you wish that you wished for easier things in life instead like eating McDonald's for the rest of your life and never die wtf).

Ok, fine! I wish for World Peace (Miss America style).

Thank you to those who sent me forwarded texts for the New Year and I'm sorry if I didn't reply.

I wasn't trying to be snobbish and am certainly not ungrateful but I just thought it was a waste of money (but bought another pair of Juicy Couture slippers today) and did not wish to participate in generating revenue for the largest telecommunications provider in Malaysia (so they claim).

Yes, I was being one of those ppl whereby they would not use Touch N Go at parking lots 'cos it's 20 sen extra but would buy stuff online from overseas and generously pay for the excruciatingly painful shipping costs instead.

P/s: Except for you Kelly. I know you typed the text with all your heart. I love you! *nyet nyet nyet*
